Payment:

Base Salary:

• Current Base Hourly Rate: $10 / hour equivalent to $400 / week (CSA-I).
• Hour Rate ranges from $10-12 / hour based on experience.

Incentive Compensation:

• Paid weekly based on sales achieved and payout value per sale at attained Commission Bonus Levels 1-5.

How To Earn Commissions:

• Rinse = $4
• Shine = $5
• Protect = $6
• Manager Special = $10
• + Tire Shine = $1

Example Bonus Levels:

50 sales and above – Level 1 – 120%

• Your weekly commission total x 1.2

60 sales and above – Level 2 – 140%

• Your weekly commission total x 1.4

70 sales and above – Level 3 – 160%

• Your weekly commission total x 1.6

80 sales and above – Level 4 – 180%

• Your weekly commission total x 1.8

100 sales and above – Level 5 – 200%

• Your weekly commission total x 2.0

Bonus levels are adjusted to reflect hours worked and other conditions.

Example 1: “Top Performer”

• 40 hours of work x $10 = $400 guaranteed
• 80 sales (about 16 sales per 8-hour shift) x 1.8 (Level 4) = $960 commissions
• $400 + $960 = $1,360 Total Weekly Pay
• Hourly Pay with Commissions = $1,360 / 40 hours = $34 per hour

Example 2: “Average Joe”

• 40 hours of work x $10 = $400 guaranteed
• 60 sales (about 12 sales per 8-hour shift) x 1.4 (Level 1) = $500 commissions
• $400 + $500 = $900 Total Weekly Pay
• Hourly Pay with Commissions = $900 / 40 hours = $22.50 per hour

Example 3: “The Underachiever”

• 40 hours of work x $10 = $400 guaranteed
• 40 sales (about 8 sales every 8-hour shift) x 1.0 (No Bonus) = $200 commissions
• $400 + $200 = $600 Total Weekly Pay
• Hourly Pay with Commissions = $600 / 40 hours = $15 per hour

Part-Time Employees:

• Bonus levels are based on the number of hours worked each week, and therefore equally achievable for part-time employees.
